I had an absolutely amazing experience. Steven accommodating my short turn around time without issue, was EXTREMELY thorough and detail oriented. He actually saved me from buying a house that had substantial foundation issues which could not be easily seen (hidden behind a deeply rooted tree). He was the first to arrive at our inspection time, a pleasure to work with and his detailed review sheet included pictures as well as an easy to understand colour system of how substantial any issue was. Steven did two home inspections with us. He was available on short notice and was on time for both inspections. His honesty, professionalism and expertise are commentable. He checks the nooks and corners of the house and find even the minute details of problems or damage. He won't rush you through anything. He patiently explained everything during the Inspection and cleared my doubts and concerns over phone even after the Inspection is done. He gave the report the same day and it was easy to understand and his suggestions were really valuable. I went back to him the second time because he is such a good professional. I strongly recommend him for all your home inspection needs and I'm sure I'm going to use his service in future too.
